In this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has successfully registered an account on the 12play21 platform.
• "Agreement" refers to the full terms and conditions contained in this document together with any related policies published on the platform.

• "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds held in a user's account at any given time.

Account Eligibility and Registration

Welcome Bonus — 100% up to RM500: New members are eligible for a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, with a maximum value of RM500. The wagering requirement applied is 10 times the bonus amount received before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first meet the wagering requirements.
• Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system through hedge betting or other questionable methods will result in cancellation of the bonus and related winnings.
• Only one welcome bonus is allowed per member, account, IP address and device.
• 12play21 reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion with reasonable notice.

The 12play21 VIP programme gives weekly cashback to active members. There are four VIP tiers: Bronze (cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%) and Platinum (up to 1.5%). Tier upgrades depend on the member's activity level and game record.

Game Rules and Betting

All games available on the 12play21 platform are operated according to the rules set by their respective game providers. Game outcomes are determined by a random number generator (RNG) that is certified and audited by an independent body.

• The results of all games are final once a round or game hand has been fully completed.
• Any technical disruptions such as an internet disconnection while a game is in progress are the user's responsibility. Incomplete rounds will be resolved by the system automatically.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or changed.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, the 12play21 system records are final and binding.

Member Conduct and Responsibilities

Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all related bonuses and winnings, and legal action where necessary.

Account Closure and Suspension

12play21 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if:

• The account is linked to fraudulent or unlawful activity.

Limitation of Liability

The 12play21 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, we do not guarantee that the service will be free from temporary interruptions, errors, or unavailability.

12play21 is not responsible for:

• Financial losses resulting from a user's own betting decisions.
• Technical disruptions caused by third-party infrastructure beyond our control.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses, regardless of the basis of the claim.
• Third-party payment system failures that affect the processing of deposits or withdrawals.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions
